Q. WHY BOOK THROUGH GETAWAY AUSTRALIA
A. Here at Getaway we eliminate the guess work when booking a holiday. We’ve aimed to simplify the process. We make your online booking experience easy by having instant bookings, accurate rates and real time calendars. Our properties also must meet the “guest-spectations” of Getaways four G’s – ensure the property is Guest-Safe, Guest-Clean, Guest-ready and meets the Guest-expectations at all times.
Q. WILL I HAVE TO COMPLETE A HOLIDAY BOOKING FORM?
A. Yes. All guests must accept and complete our holiday booking form online when you make your booking.
Q. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I BOOK MY TRIP?
A. Immediately after booking your trip online, you’ll receive an initial email confirming the details of your reservation. Within 24 hours of booking, our Travel Advisors will process your payment and send you a payment confirmation email.
Q. WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY TRIP?
A.Our holiday rental properties are non-refundable payments. This means that while you’re welcome to cancel your booking at any time, you will forfeit the payments you have made to date.
We’d hate for you to miss out on your holiday because of an unforeseen illness or injury, so we highly recommend protecting the monies you’ve allocated for this holiday with travel insurance. If you need to cancel, travel insurance helps ensure you’ll be able to use those funds to reschedule a trip at a later date.
