The bedrooms and bathroom; Five beautifully appointed light filled bedrooms accommodating up to 12 guests with the option of an additional single fold out bed. (Available with prior notice). There is also a porta cot available with prior notice. The beautiful downstairs queen size bedroom includes a luxury ensuite with double basins and BIR, while an additional 4 bedrooms are located upstairs. The king size master bedroom provides a second ensuite with double basins, WIR, and a TV. Two bedrooms have tri bunks and will each sleep up to 3 guests while the 5th bedroom has 2 single beds which can convert to a king bed. The modern upstairs family bathroom features a separate shower and bath, and a 4th separate toilet, with a 5th toilet situated in the downstairs powder room.

Outdoors; Located within walking distance to beautiful beaches and the marina, endless foreshore bike and walking tracks, and the fabulous Provincial coffee and gourmet food deli a quick walk away. The outdoor spa and living area will be a guest favourite while golf lovers can practice their skills on the putting green. This gorgeous home is privately tucked behind a high fence with parking space for a boat or Jet Ski. (Garage is not available). Guests are welcome to take the boogie boards for a day at the beach.
