This sparkling family kitchen will be a pleasure to gather and prepare a holiday feast. Recently updated it features a central breakfast bar, gas oven and stove, coffee machine, microwave and a dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious family dining room and living room complete with large screen TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, split system AC, and two couches which will easily fold out to sleep another 4 guests.

The bedrooms and bathroom:

The main bedroom accommodates up to 4 guests and includes a queen size bed plus a set of single of bunks. The second bedroom offers tri bunks and sleeps 3 guests. There is an option for 4 additional guests to sleep on the 2 double fold out couches in the lounge room. Linen is supplied for all bedding and doonas and pillows for the fold out couches are stored in the lounge room. Both bedrooms have built in robes. The family bathroom has a shower and vanity while the toilet is located separately.

Outside:

Bring the kids to enjoy the pleasure of a generous sized fully enclosed back yard. The BBQ and outdoor dining are undercover so guests can enjoy the outdoors all year round. There is a single carport plus additional driveway and front lawn parking space. The Rosebud plaza is just over 400 metres away and the stunning foreshore is across the road from the plaza. Bring your bikes or running shoes and enjoy the picturesque off road foreshore track which meanders from Dromana to Rye.
